Melissa Mills, RN is a nursing leader and health policy advocate working at the intersection of workforce development, education innovation, and reimbursement reform. As fractional Executive Director of the Commission for Nurse Reimbursement, she helps advance national efforts to define the economic value of nursing and modernize how care is financed.

In parallel, Melissa serves as Head of Content at Cinematic Health Education, where she leads the development of scalable, digital-first training solutions for direct care workers across long-term care, home care, and hospice. Rebecca Love, RN, BS, MSN, FIEL is a nurse executive, entrepreneur, and national leader in nursing innovation and reimbursement reform. As Founder and Co-Chair of the Commission for Nurse Reimbursement, she supports efforts to modernize healthcare payment by elevating the economic value of nursing care.

Rebecca has held pioneering leadership roles across academia, startups, and nonprofit organizations, including founding the Nurse Hackathon movement and co-founding SONSIEL. A frequent speaker and widely published thought leader, she continues to advise healthcare and digital health organizations advancing nurse-led innovation and system change.

Sharon Pearce, CRNA is a seasoned government affairs and policy professional with more than 20 years of experience advancing legislative strategy, coalition building, and advocacy across state and federal levels. A nationally recognized nurse leader and CRNA, she has led and supported policy efforts for professional associations representing more than 50,000 members.

Sharon specializes in developing proactive legislative agendas, building durable relationships with policymakers and agencies, and translating complex policy issues into coordinated action. She regularly provides training and speaks nationally on advocacy strategy, coalition development, and leadership—helping organizations mobilize expertise, not just engagement, to advance meaningful reform.

Carole Klove, RN, JD is a seasoned healthcare executive and regulatory leader with more than 30 years of experience spanning clinical care, healthcare law, compliance, and system-level operations. A nationally recognized nurse and attorney, she has led regulatory, governance, and improvement efforts across health systems, academia, consulting, and digital health.

Carole specializes in healthcare regulation, reimbursement compliance, and operational governance, with deep expertise in Medicare and Medicaid policy, privacy, and quality improvement. She frequently speaks nationally on regulatory and reimbursement issues, bringing practical, frontline-informed insight to advancing sustainable, high-quality care delivery.
